To be precise about what is and is not happening: Playandachieve does not sell personal information for monetary consideration. However, where advertising is displayed on playandachieve.com, advertising identifiers may be shared with ad partners, and state law may classify that as a ‘sale’ or as ‘sharing’. We therefore make the opt-out available rather than rely on a narrow reading. This holds for all readers of playandachieve.com, whether they have interacted with us or not.
